USA - SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE Ground* shipping to all US Customers! (*AK and HI exempt) 

Transit time for orders with free shipping is 1-2 business days.
(1-5 days for accessories and refurbished / open box items)

Deliveries are Mon-Fri for all shipments.
If you need a Saturday Delivery, please call us at (866) 528-1010, as there are additional fees required. Cost is determined by weight and destination.

After the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Tracking information will also be emailed once it is shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased from us. I Products must be returned with all parts, original packaging and in re-sellable condition.  We will provide full refund less original shipping cost on products returned in re-sellable condition.
